This Live/Work development is built on what used to be a practice arena and track for Bay Meadows Trace Track.

In the 19 high-end loft units, WIC grade premium beech wood was used on the cabinetry to achieve the modern styling design desired. The cabinets have beech wood veneer on both the exterior and interior of each cabinet box. The wood grain in the kitchen areas is matched from the soffit panel down through the face of the wall cabinets. The cabinet hardware features stylish bar handles with a satin nickel finish.
